Well-appointed room on upper floors. Incredible location in a beautiful area. Based just next door to in front, and a beautiful church and cemetery.

Internet connection was weak.

Booked king room, that included climate control and an iron. It was equipped with a walk-in shower. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, in the mountains.

The location was lovely and excellent, near by restaurants, it's a plus. The awesome and super breakfast was included.

The hotel is nice, its rooms are bright and it has helpful staff. The continental breakfast is delicious! All in all they offer attentive service. An incredible and lovely location, we will be back.

The location was wonderful - really close to the beautiful autumnal lake, beautiful gardens and the slopes. It also was in the scenic New Hampshire historic resort area. The rooms were unique and spotless here with the fireplace and a very comfortable king bed, as for instance. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus.

I recently had a delightful retreat at a charming hotel nestled in a quiet and peaceful location next to a beautiful lake. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the well-kept rooms, adorned with antique furniture and art, to the delightful homemade soap provided. The location offered the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking on the lake or taking a pleasant walk around its shores. The homemade breakfasts were a true highlight, with a variety of dishes prepared each morning, including some unique and delicious options like sauteed ham with cheese grits. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I couldn't fault anything about my stay. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel in North Sutton is incredible, so close to a lake where there's the opportunity to take out a kayak or enjoy a pleasant walk around the lake, the center of Sutton, NH, and a classical church, and general store. The breakfast is awesome and super with good choice of food. The staff are helpful and amazingly friendly, giving their best to make the stay a really really nice experience.

The venue was pretty, I loved the stay and the location was lovely next to a pathway and biking all Inn options and the Lake Sunapee region. I was offered a room with great views of lake. The breakfast was awesome, with helpful and friendly staff and plenty of food. The service was great during my stay. The experience was really unforgettable, will be back...

That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in beautiful area, very close to restaurants, a beautiful lake with a white-steepled church and a classical church.

Lovely beds, central heating, a stone fireplace, and an iron in the room. The views over mountain. Exceptional location, to wonderful hikes.
